Board Analyst – On-line interface offers data that includes a review of each firm’s CEO compensation policies and practices. All directors and all committee assignments are provided for each company, along with individual director profiles and, in most cases, contact information. Individual director information includes tenure, compliance with meeting attendance standards and shares held for each directorship, plus age, gender, and total number of current directorships.  Visit our tutorial for more information.

Director Interlocks - Explore corporate and non-corporate relationships and 1st and 2nd degree level relationships, and drill down to the underlying company board or individual director profiles available in Board Analyst. The Corporate Library Interlocks Tool offers both regular text and visual representation modes, with underlying statistical analysis available on demand.
