Board Analyst – On-line interface offers data that includes a review of each firm’s CEO compensation policies and practices. All directors and all committee assignments are provided for each company, along with individual director profiles and, in most cases, contact information. Director Interlocks - Explore corporate and non-corporate relationships and 1st and 2nd degree level relationships, and drill down to the underlying company board or individual director profiles available in Board Analyst. The Corporate Library Interlocks Tool offers both regular text and visual representation modes, with underlying statistical analysis available on demand.
